I have been in business for over 21 years and have performed over 10,400 inspections. I do Texas Real Estate Commission inspections on properties and I have been a Certified ASHI inspector for over 18 years. I have contractors that inspect foundations, perform termite inspections, and septic inspections if needed. I also utilize thermal imaging in my inspections at no extra cost.
If the inspection is for a newly-constructed house, I do not charge any extra fees for the 11-month warranty inspection.
